Shipping & Delivery Policy

At BabysDreamOutfit, we are happy to offer a seamless shopping experience for parents across Pakistan.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders nationwide. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

• Delivery Time:

  • Lahore: 1 – 2 working days.

  • Other Cities: 3 – 5 working days.

• Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via Call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please ensure your contact details are correct to avoid delays.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): We provide a secure Cash on Delivery service so you can pay when you receive your parcel.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If a size doesn’t fit or you wish to change an item, our policy is as follows:

• 7-Day Exchange: You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Return Shipping Charges: While the initial delivery was free, the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unused condition.

  • All tags and original packaging must be attached.

  • Items bought on Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a Free Exchange at no extra cost to you.

• Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we issue a Store Credit/Voucher equivalent to the product price, which you can use for future shopping.
